Achievement introduction: We have demonstrated that Tbx15 is important for adipocyte thermogenesis and browning in adipose tissue in vivo. Interventions that increase TBX15 expression may provide new therapeutic strategies to promote thermogenesis and combat obesity and related metabolic disorders.
