1984年在四川畜牧獸醫(yī)學(xué)院獲學(xué)士學(xué)位,1987年在中國(guó)人民解放軍獸醫(yī)大學(xué)獲碩士學(xué)位,1995年在東北農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)獲博士學(xué)位。1995年至1997年在中國(guó)人民解放軍農(nóng)牧大學(xué)從事博士后研究。1998年赴美國(guó)密蘇里大學(xué)動(dòng)物研究中心從事博士后研究,2002年晉升為美國(guó)密蘇里大學(xué)動(dòng)物研究中心研究助理教授。2007年7月回國(guó),擔(dān)任中國(guó)科學(xué)院廣州生物醫(yī)藥與健康研究院研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師。
1.大動(dòng)物干細(xì)胞:大動(dòng)物多能干細(xì)胞分離培養(yǎng)體系的建立與寵物干細(xì)胞治療的有效性及安全性研究;
2.大動(dòng)物克?。涸谔剿黧w細(xì)胞重編程機(jī)制的基礎(chǔ)上,優(yōu)化大動(dòng)物體細(xì)胞克隆技術(shù),提高體細(xì)胞重編程效率,開(kāi)展豬、犬、貓以及家兔等大動(dòng)物的克隆。
3.新型基因修飾技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)與優(yōu)化:建立精準(zhǔn)、高效和安全的大動(dòng)物基因編輯技術(shù)體系。
4. 基因修飾大動(dòng)物的培育:將體細(xì)胞克隆技術(shù)與基因修飾技術(shù)相結(jié)合,培育在農(nóng)業(yè)和生物醫(yī)藥有重要價(jià)值的基因修飾大動(dòng)物模型。
5.人源化基因修飾大動(dòng)物模型的轉(zhuǎn)化應(yīng)用:利用含有人源化功能蛋白分子基因修飾豬制備可用于人類疾病治療的生物活性制品;利用免疫原性人源化的豬器官開(kāi)展異種器官移植的臨床前研究;利用人源化基因修飾大動(dòng)物疾病模型開(kāi)展基因治療、干細(xì)胞治療以及創(chuàng)新藥物治療的有效性與安全性評(píng)估。
