主要運用分子生物學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)等多學(xué)科技術(shù)手段,結(jié)合小鼠和類器官模型等,研究腸、胃等消化系統(tǒng)干細(xì)胞自我更新和分化的機制,并探索相關(guān)疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展的機理。
